Lotus leaf is the symbolic symbol of good luck and traditionally we will have wrapped with glutinous rice with mixture of meat and mushroom, the rice would have to wok fried before wrapped with lotus leaf. The Oriental Chinese offer no different and specially made by the Chinese executive chef with secret ingredients and sauce.

Nian Gao, sometimes translated as New Year cake or Chinese New Year's cake, is a food 
prepared from glutinous rice flour and consumed in Chinese cuisine. While it can be eaten all year round, traditionally it is most popular during Chinese New Year and offer on the set menu.
